Charlotte greeted me with a smile and we had great conversations while I waited. Jonah eased us into the labs and engaged me and seamlessly did his job taking my blood and had a very efficient flow. He did an amazing job at finding my veins without having to stick me multiple times. He made me feel very comfortable. I didn't worry about being hurt by multiple needle sticks. He is definitely an amazing asset to Image One. I will most definitely be recommending this location to family members and friends.
